Vi\u00f1a el Chorro Experimento is the latest novelty of the winery, and perhaps also one of the best kept secrets, that now, emerges to complete our offer of wines. This experiment began in the 2016 vintage as a simple test or trial, in which we where we intended to check the ageing capacity of this vineyard. The idea is simple, to leave a couple of barrels unbottled to observe their evolution for a few more months.
\nThe evolution was fantastic, and we all agreed that we had discovered a new wine. A wine loaded with new nuances contributed by the extra time in barrel.
\nDepth, silkiness and volume are the main characteristics of this experiment designed to be kept in the bottle and enjoy.
\nFinally, the wine was bottled for internal consumption among the members of the winery and for private events, which allowed us to get to know the opinion of many people over the years, which has encouraged us to market it as a new version in each vintage of Vi\u00f1a el Chorro.<\/p>\n
